BONDFLEX PU 40 has a good adhesion on nearly all surfaces of the building industry and it is an elastomer 1st category without primer on concrete, aluminum, and glass. Its high modulus is appropriate particularly for bonding and sealing of different materials between various substrates: concrete, aluminum, PVC, brick, wood, tiles, steel etc., as well as the realization of expansion for application follows Syndicat National des Joints et Facades (SNJF) specifications. Its flexibility allows it to realize standard seals. BONDFLEX PU 40 applies to SNJF specification. BONDFLEX PU 40 is paintable after complete curing. 2. It cures by absorption of atmospheric moisture to form a flexible and durable elastomeric sealant. 4. AdSeal Uniglaze N100 The Glass & Metal Silicone Sealant Description AdSeal Uniglaze N100 is a one component, non-flowing, NEUTRAL cure, and medium modulus 100% silicone sealant. It cures by absorption of atmospheric moisture to form a flexible, fully durable elastomeric sealant, and provides the ability to recover from expansion/contraction without any detrimental effects to the sealant. This sealant is capable of accommodating a movement up to +25% of the original joint width. 5. AdSeal ACRYL 702 Premium Painter and Decorator Acrylic Sealant Description AdSeal ACRYL 702 is a one-component water based acrylic sealant which cures quickly in contact with air and humidity to make a permanent flexible seal with high adhesion performance on different materials even porous substrates without primer. It is environmental friendly before and after curing with good weather and UV stability. AdSeal ACRYL 702 is specifically formulated for gaps and joints where expansion and contraction cause rigid filler to crack or fall out. This product is particularly suitable for use as painter and decorator caulking compound. 6. AdSeal 123 Neoprene Sealant Description AdSeal 123 Neoprene Sealant is a one component sealant that mainly consists of neoprene rubber and synthetic resin. This product is specially formulated for water-proofing, dust-proofing, and hermetically sealing of containers, cabins, buses, mobile homes, and refrigerated vans. It is suitable for sealing normal and small joints and all engineering material surfaces. AdSeal 123 is a fast cure sealant. After cure, it provides a tough, flexible bond, excellent elasticity, and water resistance.
